FORM GUIDE

a black and white photo of a spoon

PT / Rog

80/1

Just like the Flintstones this partnership is well past its use by date. It’d be a brave punter putting any of their hard earned money on either of these two.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Jase / Ben

30/1

Ben’s new to the group and Jase did his best work on the milo martinis last year. Both will be way too focussed on getting to know each other over a beer than actually winning.

Greeny / Chicken

16/1

Were Bert and Ernie in a romantic relationship or just friends, I mean they bathed together, and shared a room, expect lots of bromance from these two.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Tai / Ash

100/1

Dumb and dumber is probably being a bit hard on our movie duo. Can both play golf on their day, but being consistent for 3 days will prove too much.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Lynchy / Wade

90/1

Both big hitters but both put the ball way outta bounds, Lynchy’s luck is due to run out and Wade’s sneaky tactic of hitting his ball two fairways over to put his playing group off ultimately hurts his own game more.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Hammer / Kruges

200/1

A love affair for the ages, both rubbish at golf and will do their best work in the bar.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Daniel / Christian

40/1

Regulars on the trip, have flirted with podium finishes over the years but their game’s gone backwards in recent years and this commentator can’t realistically see anything changing here.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Yada / Sleezy

75/1

Probably better card players than golfers. Who is who in this famous duo is anyone's guess. Muppet-like performances on the course are to be expected.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Jenko / Normie

18/1

We’re getting the band back together, fantastic to watch and enjoy their company but typically unreliable like Jake and Elroy and their golf this weekend will prove that.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Trent / Cain

5/1

The two best golfers on the trip, their game will hold up under pressure and either of these two will definitely win. The smart money on the quality players.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Tex / Rick

15/1

Silent assassins, and Tex completed a stunning victory last year. Totally handicapped out of it this weekend. Rick is always there-a-bouts but can’t quite finish with a win.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Kieran / Nick

100/1

The original dynamic duo, both playing off generous HCs for their underlying ability. Will start well but finish poorly. Zero chance of winning.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Simo T / Simmo B

45/1

Simon and Simon, the force of half price cocktails and excuses of how parenthood has killed their game. The truth is they were never really that good and we’ll look forward to hearing the same excuses again this year.

a black and white photo of a spoon

Danny / Chris

500/1

Probably the two best blokes in the group. Get around these two and buy them a beer, rumour has it next years HCs are generated here. Danny will be too busy telling you muppets when to check in, which tee we’re on, to clean your teeth, wipe your arse etc.to do any good.
